You agree not to use this platform to: share illegal content; harass, threaten, or intimidate others; engage in sexual solicitation; distribute spam, malware, or phishing links; impersonate any person or organisation; or attempt to circumvent our moderation systems.
While the platform is anonymous, you remain legally responsible for content you transmit. Anonymity does not grant immunity from applicable laws. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in response to lawful requests.
The Anonymous Chat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service. Conversations may be terminated at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Anonymous Chat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to content exchanged between users.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
